  3. If we find that the photo quality is poor, we will contact you via email.
  4. As these are custom-made products, there may be a delay in shipping. Items usually arrive in about two weeks.
  5. Each product will be packaged in a beautiful gift box, or you can find more high-end and exquisite gift boxes in our store.
  6. This product is a customized product. We will ship it out within 3 days and submit the logistics order number(you will receive en email about the order information). It usually arrives in 8-12 working days!
